Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding

Serves 2

Juice the following:
  • 2 cups Nutmylk Co. Cinnamon almond mylk
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons J. Friend & Co. Beechwood honey (super handy in the new squeezy BPA free bottle)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method

Mix all ingredients together in a glass jar and refrigerate over night. Serve layered with fresh banana and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
